NEW COLA SPIN OFF ADVENTURES!


A new series of spin off COLA stories, following on from Stirring The Storm, is set to be published in 2011. Shapeshifter fans have been asking for more ever since the last book in the series was published in January 2008, and their wish will be granted - but it's going to take some time!  
 
'I have been thinking about this for quite a while and first talked about my ideas to my editor last November,' says Ali. 'To my delight she immediately agreed that there should be more COLA stories - we've just been fine-tuning the plan.  
 
'I can't wait to start but I have some other books to write first (which I am also hugely looking forward to), so I will just have to hold my horses until 2010 when I have set aside time to go back to Dax's world. So many ideas are falling into my head now, though, I don't know how I will ever wait!'  
 
The Shapeshifter series is now sold all over the world and fans from as far away as New Zealand and Canada have been asking for more.  
 
'But what's been lovely is that so many Shapeshifter fans have been willing to meet new characters in my other books - like Frozen In Time,' says Ali. 'Although there is ONE character in Frozen In Time who is from Dax's world, which most readers seem to have spotted. I'm never very far away from Dax and his friends...'
