Your series, the Shapeshifter, is my favourite set of books ever! I just cannot get enough of it!  
 
I was wondering how old Owen was, because I don’t think it was ever mentioned and I was a little curious.

I imagine Owen is around 30, give or take… Quite young and fit to look at but old enough to have experienced a lot in his lifetime. So maybe Daniel Craig is a little too old to play him in the movie now (but I’d be willing to let him if he asked really nicely).

My name is Alexander, and I am nine years old. I really enjoyed the first two books of Shapeshifter and I would like to know when the other books are going to be translated in Dutch!

My heart sinks whenever I get this question from Dutch fans. The first two books were translated but the publisher has apparently had some problems and no further books have been put into Dutch. The Dutch are amazing at learning English and this may be the only way for the foreseeable future. I’m really sorry. If the situation changes I will let you know immediately.

I love your books of Monster Makers. I`ve got Rockataur, Electrataur & Slashermite and Bashataur. All I need is Stinkermite. I have read it but it’s the library’s book. I read them at night with my mum and dad.  
 
Are you going to write any more Monster Makers books?

Aha! You’ve still got Spacemite to go, Zak! But there aren’t any plans for more MM books just yet. MM fans might be into S.W.I.T.C.H. though, when this six part series comes out in Feb 2011. More info on S.W.I.T.C.H. in coming months on the website.
